摘要

Abstract

Objective Develop the students' non-intellectual factor s to improve t heir achievement and research teaching methods.Methods Give Lectu res and have c ontests in the experimental group so as to train the students' willpower and aro use their interesting.Results After training,the studends are get ting to know th e genetic factors herideitied by their parents are only one of the foundational factors.It is the non-intellectual factors that can make a person success.They w ork much harder than before and get higher achievement than the students who are not trained by these mothods.Conclusion Teachers should pay much more attentio n to training the students' non-intellectual factors in their daily teaching wor k constantly.The purpose of improving the students' non-intellectual factors and achievement must be arrived at.A person with higher qualities can be created.
