膀胱癌术后丝裂霉素膀胱内灌注的方法及护理

Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods of Intravesical instillation with mitomycin after the operation of bladder cancer , so that to improve the nursing. Methods 63 cases are treated intravesical instillation with mitomycin after the operation of bladder cancer, and prevent tumor recurrence, strengthen the metal care, retrospectively analyze.Resuls 63 cases insist to complete the chemotherapy, within 2 years 3 cases relapse,recurrence rate 4.7%,4 cases with slight odynuria, 3 cases with urethral sick ,1 cases with urethral strictures .After symptomatic treatment all are cured and discharged from hospital .the effective rate reaches 95.3%.Conclusions the intravesical instillation with mitomy-cin is effective to prevent tumor recurrence; detailed psychological nurse and skilled operation counts heavily on relieving the patients and completing the whole chemotherapy.关键词
