Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of pre-hospital nursing cooperation on the first aid of acute left heart failure (ALHF). Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with ALHF were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into pre-hospital care group (group A, n=50) and control (group B, n=48).Group A was treated with first aid outside hospital and Group B came to hospital themselves Results The time from appearing symptom to receiving treatment in group A was more short than that in group B. The mortality rate was lower and the effective rate was higher in group A than that in group B. Conclusion The pre-hospital nursing cooperation on the first aid of acute left heart failure may improve the cardiac function early, and prevent the condition of disease from deteriorating and reduce the mortality.关键词
