聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对药物与β-环糊精包合作用的影响OA
Effect of Polyvinylpyrrolidone on Complexation of Drug and β-cyclodextrin
研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对药物与β-环糊精(β-CD)包合作用的影响。测定了氯霉素、巴比妥在不同温度、不同浓度PVP和β-CD水溶液中的溶解度及其热力学参数。实验发现PVP增强了巴比妥与β-CD的包合作用,3.0g/LPVP的加入使包合物形成常数增加了67%;但却对氯霉素与β-CD的包合起阻碍作用,降低了β-CD对氯霉素的增溶效应。
The effect of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) on the complexation ofdrugs with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) were investigated. The solubilities of barbital and chloramphenicolum in aqeous β-CD solution and in aqueous solution containing both PVP and cyclodextrin were determined. In aqueous solutions,PVP was shown to increase the solubilising effect of barbital in β-CD . Addition of 3.0 g/L PVP resulted in a 67% increase in the stability constant of the complex.
