摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the methods for determination of semi-volatile organic compounds in river water.Methods A combination of liquid-liquid extraction, K-D concentrator, gas chromatograph (GC) and mass spectrometry was used to determine semi-volatile organic compounds in river water.Results It was found that it was more efficient to concentrate semi-volatile organic compounds in river water by liquid-liquid extraction. Then it was analyzed by GC/MS. This systemic method is very stable and meets specific QC acceptance criteria with high accuracy and repeatability.Conclusion It was found that it was more efficient to concentrate semi-volatile organic compounds in river water by liquid-liquid extraction.
