精子生育相关性抗原对奶牛妊娠率影响研究
Effects of Anotigon Associated with sperm Fertility on the Pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the effects of sperm fertility-associated antigen on cow fertility,sperm fertility-associated antigen from 16 bulls were examined,and cow pregnancy were compared after artificial insemination.The result showed that 13 bulls were FAA posi- tive in sperm membranes,and 3 bulls were FAA negative.520 cows after artificial insemination with FAA positive sperm(at ratios ot 1 bull:40 cows)had 433 cows impregnated,aceraged 83.26%,while FAA negative bulls impregnated only 65%of the 80 cows. Thus,the pregnancy rate of FAA positive bulls were 18 percentage units higher(P<O.01)than that of the FAA negative bulls.The results demostrated sperm FAA can greatly affected the rate of cow pregnancy.关键词
