猪肌浆中某些元素含量与肌肉和骨骼生长的关系

摘要
Abstract
This study on the relationship between the content of Ca,P,Z n,Mnor Mg of myoplasm and the growth of muscle and hind legs in swine showed th at Ca content in F1 crossbreeds decreased significantly leading to the rise o f the ratio of Ca to P.There were no significant changes in the Mg,Mn,and Zn con tent in myoplasm by crossbreeding.High positive correlations (r=0.84～0.91 )were observed between the content of Ca and Zn of myoplasm and muscle protein i n F1 but Dingyuan swine(r=0.40).The content of Ca and Zn in myoplasm mig ht be a index of muscle growth in swine.The relationship between Zn,Mn and the d evelopment of hind legs as well as bone could not be clearly confirmed in this s tudy. 关键词
