Abstract
The study of the electronic noses technology in grain mildew detection was discussed.The biochemical process of grain mildew, the basic structure of electronic noses and its working principle were also discussed.The research progresses on the electronic noses in the identification of grain mildew were discussed.At last, the development orientation and application fields of electronic noses were studied.关键词
