紫外照射对莲雾贮藏保鲜效果的影响
Influence of UV Irradiation on the Preservation Effect of Wax Apple
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The purpose was to screen out the optimum irridiation dose for preserving tropical fruits by applying UV-V irridiation preservation technique. [Method]The wax apples were exposed to irridiation for different time every day and their apparent changes and variations of weight loss rate, pH value, total sugar content and Vc content were analyzed. [Result]After 6 d, the sound fruit rate of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day was 100%. After 8 d, the sound fruit rate of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day was 82%;the sound fruit rates of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 5 min every day and CK were 60%-70% and that of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 10 min every day was 50%. After 10 d, the sound fruit rate of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day was 60% and that of the other groups were lower than 40%. After 12 d, the sound fruit rate of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day was a little lower than 50%. The weight loss rate of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day were significantly lower than that of the control group. The pH values of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day changed least and that of samples exposed to UV irridiation for 10 min every day changed most. The contents of sugar and Vc in the samples exposed to UV irridiation for 2 min every day changed least. [Conclusion]UV irridiation was an effective and simple method to preserve fruits.关键词
