摘要

Abstract

With arc furnace electrode regulator system as the research object, the algorithm of real-time estimation using parameter-identification method is suggested in this paper. And further, the pole-assignment adaptive control algorithm is adopted to improve the regulator system of the conventional PID control system of arc furnace. The simulation results show that the adaptive control system is superior to the conventional PID either in dynamics or in resisting the disturbance arc length. The result will also provide the theoretical basis for developing new adaptive electrode regulator system of arc furnace.
