摘要

Abstract

Through analogue experiments in laboratory and analysis of the results,made clear that temperature of heating treatment and shear rate are the two main factors that affect the solidification point of Changqing waxy crude oil. Worked out the critical shearing time is 200 s because after longer time′s treatment the solidification point of Changqing waxy crude oil can be invariant. Therefore,the experiment took the solidification point after 200 s′ shearing action as the solidification point of the waxy crude oil in long distance pipeline. On this basis,conduct analogue experimentations of waxy crude oil after shearing and heating history in laboratory according to uniform design technique. Through analyzing the results,established a mathematical model which can reflect that how the temperature of heating treatment and shear rate affect solidification point of waxy crude oil,error of reservation test is smaller than 0.8 ℃,so the model is inosculate with solidification point altering rule. This model offers foundation for designing pumping and heating stations and long distance pipeline of transportation in Changqing waxy crude oil.
