Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between clinic, RF titer, ESR, CRP,complement 3 (C3), immu-noglobulin, Anti-nuclear antibody(ANA), anti-SSA, anti-SSB and interstitial lung involvement in patients with primary sjogrens syndrome. Methods 79 patients with primary sjogrens syndrome was divided into two groups, 23 patients with interstitial lung involvement, 56 patients with no interstitial lung involvement. We tested RF titer, ESR, CRP,complement 3 (C3), immunoglob-ulin, And-nuclear antibody (ANA), anti-SSA, anti-SSB. Results The incidence of primary sjogrens syndrome with interstitial lung involvement was 24%. Age, RF titer,ESR, CRP, immunoglobulin in patients with interstitial lung involvement of primary sjogrens syndrome were significantly higher than those in patients with no interstitial lung involvement (P<0.05) ,C3 was lower (P<0.05) Sex distribution, duration of the disease,antoantibodys of two groups were not different(P>0.05). Conclusion The rising of Age, RF titer, and immunoglobulin,the low of C3 in patients suggest interstitial lung involvement, these patients with primary sjogrens syndrome were treated and controlled early.关键词
