Abstract
With the growth of GDP per capita, the urbanization of Ganzhou city had improved obviously, however, the urbanization in middle area was higher than west and east areas. In order to deflate the difference of urbanization gradually between them and enhance the urbanization comprehensively, there were 7 paths to construct the small towns' development mechanism in Ganzhou city as followed: strengthened standard land management system strictly, established urban and rural unitary household registration system, built unified and fair labor employment system, set up mutiple-level social security system, established diversification of small towns' financing and investment system, built efficient small towns' administrative system and set up scientific industrial gradient shift docking mechanism. It not only advanced the rural reform development in Ganzhou city, but also made demonstration significance to small towns' development in underdeveloped areas.关键词
