Abstract
Objective To evaluate the surgical techniques of patent ductus arterious(PDA) and analyse its complication.Methods Four hundred and eight patients were undergone the surgical treatment.The surgical techniques included double ligation for closure PDA through the left posterolateral thoracotomy and suture PDA via median sternotomy on bypass.Results There were 4 patients early death(0.98%),5 patients residual shunt,and 2 patients chylothorax. The others were cured.Conclusion Satisfied surgical results rely mainly on proper operation techniques according the different PDA. Double ligation for closure PDA is safty and effection through the left posterolateral thoracotomy in most patients with single PDA. But in patients with the intracardiac malformation of pulmonary hypertension,the procedure should be conducted via median sternotomy on bypass.关键词
