SLS成型机的粉末预热过程研究
Preheating Process in SLS Machine
摘要
Abstract
The general preheating process of irradiator for the preheating of powder on the surface of powder bed is analyzed, and how the flux density influences the temperature field on the top surface of powder bed is investigated. The distribution models of flux density are also presented. The result predicts that the model is reasonably consistent with the experimental result. This model can play an important role in the design of the preheating set and the control of SLS processing.关键词
