夫西地酸和万古霉素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌体外抗菌活性的研究
In vitro antibacterial activity of fusidic acid and vancomycin against methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the resistance and dynamic changes of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus to fusidic acid and vancomycin.Methods The experimental data of antimicrobial susceptibility of fusidic acid and vancomycin of the methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus during January 2004 to December 2008 were retrospective statistical analyzed.Results The isolated methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus were 772 strains,which was about 78.1% of the staphylococcus aureus.The methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus were highly sensitive to vancomycin.The drug resistance ratio of fusidic acid was at a rising trend.Conclusion In this region methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus detection rate remained at a relatively high level.Fusidic acid and vancomycin are good medicines to cure the infection caused by methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus.But we should caution the occurrence of resistant fusidic acid and vancomycin strains.关键词
