Abstract
In this paper, the operation platform and the configuration of software and hardware for the precursor network of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region built during "the Tenth Five-Year Plan" is introduced. The structure characteristics of provincial-level regional precursor network, key techniques and solutions in constructing process are discussed in detail.关键词
