摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the main achievements in dielectric superlattice field.Much has been focused on the work done in our Lab.Since 1980,we have extended the concept of superlattice from semiconductor to dielectrics,fabricated the periodic and guasi-periodic dielectric superlattice,realized the second hamonic generation (SHG),multiple wavelength SHG,third hamonic generation,optic bistability and ultrasonic generation with high freguency.关键词
