人工全髋关节置换术后的康复护理

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation nursing effects of the total hip arthroplasty on the patients. Meth-otis: 126 eases of the implementation of the artificial bone cement after total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into 63 cases of the observation group and 63 cases of the control group. Control group was given conventional care, in the conven-tional care group based on the use of preoperative psychological care, rehabilitation training, postoperative hypotension, in-fection, dislocation, deep vein thrombosis and other aspects of preventive care to do a good job. Results:Mter 3 months, 6 months, Harris hip score compared with the control group were significantly different (P<0.05), the observation group in the low blood pressure, infection, dislocation, deep venous thrombosis compared with the control group significantly of the poor (P<0.05). Conclusion:Total hip arthroplasty in patients with postoperative rehabilitation care system is conducive to a speedy recovery for the entire hip joint, can reduce the incidence of complication.关键词
