肥厚性心肌病的冠状动脉造影分析
Analysis of coronary angiogram in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Abstract
Objective: To observe the characteristics of coronary arteries in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods:Coronary angiograms from 25 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were analysed for determining the distributions and characteristics of coronary arteries. The mid-segmental inner diameters of the left main (LM), the left anterior descendent(LAD), the left circumflex (LCX)and the right coronary arteries (RCA)in the patients were measured respectively, the results were compared with those in the normal subjects without coronary lesions receiving coronary angiography in the same period. Results: Predominance of left coronary blood supply to the myoeardium was 20% in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and there was no significant difference among three subgroups. Five patients were found accompanying with coronary heart diseases, among whom one patient was implanted a DDD pacemaker and another one was treated with PTCA, and a 3.0mm×15mm stent was placed in the posterior descending branch of the right coronary artery. One patient was found to have a coronary muscle bridge in mid-segment of LAD. The inner diameters of LM, LCX and RCA in patients without coronary lesions were significantly larger than those in the healthy subjects. Conclusion: Our results indicates that the left predominance rate of coronary blood supply in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is higher, and inner diameters of the coronary arteries are relatively larger. Coronary angiography should be performed in patients suspected with coronary heart disease, which has important value for diagnosis and treatment.关键词
