天然焦制半水煤气工艺的特性研究

Abstract
Natural coke is similar to artificial coke or anthracite in someproperties, such as no adhesion and lower volatile matter content. The specific properties of Huaibei natural coke are higher mechanical intensity, higher ash melting point, lower activity and lower sulfur content. Commercial test results in 2 400 mm fixed bed gasifier show that the coke has more stable semi-water gas gasification process and higher gas output, and can be taken as a better material instead of artificialcoke or anthracite to produce chemical synthetic gas.关键词
