Advances in green food at home and abroad
摘要
Abstract
Since the exposure of disadvantages of the modern petroleum-oriented agriculture in the developedcountries at the beginning of the 20th century, there have appeared alternatively agricultural patterns which produce foods of safty, non-pollution, high quality and rich nutrition abroad, and those new-typed foods have beengiven various names such as organic, chemical-free, natural and ecological foods, but all of them are actuallygreen foods. In this paper, achievements in the research and development of green food engineering at home andabroad are reviewed and some problems are analysed, so as to propose the countermeasures including supportingby policy and finance, construction of market and legal system, research and extension of science and technology, and fostering the green consciousness.关键词
