摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The study was to provide the reference for biodegradation of triazophos. [Method] Trough primary screening and secondary screening tests, a strain of triazophos degrading bacteria TF413 was obtained from the sewage of one insecticide factory. The strain was identified by Biolog microbial identification system, and the effects of medium composition, primary pH value, culture temperature, liquid volume in flask, inoculation amount on degradation characteristics of TF413 on triazophos were studied. [Result] According to the result of identification, TF413 belonged to Alcaligenes faecalis. The optimum temperature for it degrading triazophos was 32 ℃, and the optimum primary pH value was 7.0, the optimum liquid volume in flask was 50 ml medium in 100 ml erlenmeyer flask, the optimum medium was nutrient broth, the inoculation amount had no obvious effect on degradation effect of TF413 on triazophos. [Conclusion] TF413 degraded triazophos in method of cometabolism, and the degradation rate of TF413 on triazophos was 70.83% after 72 h of culture.
