彩超引导介入射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤的临床体会

Abstract
Objective: To study the method of CDU in the operation of liver tumor by interventional BFA. Method: 79 patients, both of primary and metastatic liver tumor, were treated in the way of interventional RFA under the guidance of CDU. Prior to the conduction of treatment, each patient is examined by CT or MR and CDU, and then according to the result the project of operation is contrived. In the first and seventh day after the operations serological detection should be conducted. And CDU also should be conducted about one week after the operation. One month later, all the tests, including CT, MR, CDU and serological detection should be re-examined. And then all the tests should be conducted once every three months. Result: After the above treatment, the diameter of the tumor is reduced more than half of its original size for 29 persons, and no more than half for 35 persons; the tumor has no obvious change or increase for 15 persons.For 51 persons, the blood stream internal and around the tumor disappears; for 15 persons, the blood stream is obviously reduced; and for 11 persons s theres s no distinct change or increase; the other two persons are dead. Conclusion: CDU can be a reliable guidance to the RFA Treatment on Liver Tumors which may distinctly improve the curative effect of RFA.关键词
