Abstract
Objective Enhancing perioperative observation and nursing of patients for the benign prostate hyperplasia with hypertension, stabilizing blood pressure to make sure the operation go on successfully, preventing complications. Methods Enhancing psychological nursing to the 40 cases of patients for the benign prostate hyper-plasia with hypertension, with life style intervention, close observation of blood pressure, enhancing observation of their conditions and Canal Nursing after operation, preventing complications and providing guidance of rehabilitation. Results The blood pressure of the 40 cases of patients were controlled around 140/90mmHg.Successful operation and no complications.None of them had difficulty in urination. Conclusions Enhancing psychological nursing to patients for the benign prostate hyperplasia with hypertension before and after operation, with life style intervention, stabilizing blood pressure, enhancingobservation of their conditions and Canal Nursing after operation and providing guidance of rehabilitation.These are the assurance of the successful operation.关键词
