Abstract
Objective The study investigates the prognostic significance ofP-glycoprotein(Pgp),mutant p53 Protein and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)expression in primary transitional cell carcinomas of bladder .Methods 83 human primary bladder TCC of previous untreat patients with over 3 years follow-up were analysed for expressin of Pgp,Mutant p53 and EGFR by means of SP immunohischemistry(IHC).The mouse's monoclonal antibodies of JSB1.DO-7 and 32G7 were carried out to deteced the antigens of Pgp,p53 and EGFR,respectively.Results Pgp,p53 or EGFR were significantly correlated with the grade,stage and recurrence.A strongly inverse relationship between the expression of Pgp,mutant p53 and EGFR and survival times could be demonstrated by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.(P<0.01).Conclusion Overexpression of Pgp,mutant p53 and EGFR can be used as the important markers of aggressiveness and prognosis of TCCs.关键词
