32周以下极低出生体重儿的临床护理管理
Clinical nursing management in very low birth weight infant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the strategy of the clinical nursing management in very low birth weight infant (VLBWI) which was less than 32 weeks'fetal age.Metbods Aiming at the important factors that influence living rate and the quality of life.86 cases of VLBWI that were under 32 weeks' fetal age were given intensive nursing care,and the key points of clinical nursing management were drew out.Results 64 infants were completely cured(74.4%)and 14 infants turned for the better(16.3%).The complete cure and improved rate was 90.7%.Five infants were dead(5.8%).The survival rate was increased significantly.Conclusion Emphasizing nursing management in VLBWIwhich was less than 32 weeks' fetal age could increase survival rate.关键词
