摘要

Abstract

Hy-line Brown roosters and 4-week-old commercial Avain broiler chicks were force-fed soybean meal (SBM), cottenseed meal (CSM) and rapeseed meal (RSM) in two experiments to determine digestibility of amino acids and the specific activities of proteinase in pancreas and small intestinal contents. The results showed that there were no significent differences for amino acids digestibility between roosters and broiler chicks in CSM and RSM, except digestibility of amino acids of SBM was markedly higher in broiler chicks than in roosters(P<0.05). There were no significent differences (P>0.05) in specific activities of proteinase between roosters and broiler chicks in SBM and CSM. However trypsinogen specific activities in pancreas of broilers were significently lower than those of roosters in RSM(P<0.05).
