A Method to Improve the Transformation Efficiency of E.coli DH5α
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to improve the transformation efficiency of E.coli DH5α.[Method]Under the same other conditions, 5 μl plasmid or legation product was added into 0.2 ml PCR tube and 1.5 ml centrifuge tube with 100 μl competent in them. In different thermal shock time, transformation efficiency of E.coli DH5α was compared.[Result]Transformation efficiency with 0.2 ml PRC reformer tube is better than that with 1.5 ml centrifuge tube and the 0.2 ml PCR reformer tube with 30 seconds' thermal shock time gives the best performance of transformation efficiency.[Conclusion]Transformation efficiency of E.coli DH5α is effectively improved by this method.关键词
