Abstract
AIM: To discuss the value of technique of overlapped CT image in cerebral function of fossa cranii posterior. METHODS: 27 cases of diseases offossa cranii posterior were examined by three techenics(10 mm acan, 6mm scan, 3mm scan and overlaped image), and then compare the qualtyof image, accuracy rate of diagnoses, misdiagosis rate between the threetechniques. RESULTS: The quality of image of oveped imae was betterthan the other. The accuracy rate of diagnosis were 77. 8%, 85.2% and96.3%.The false posifive rate were 14.8%, 11.1% and 3.7%.Theffalse nerve rates were 7.4%, 3.7% and 0. CONCLUSION: There wasimportant value for diagnosis of diseases of fora cranii posterior with tech-nique of overlaped CT image, and can provide help for estimation of thecerebral function.关键词
