Abstract
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of Methylphenidate and behavior treatment on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) in children. Method: 100 ADHD in children were divided randomly into two groups: treatment group with methylpbenidate combined with behavior treatment ( n = 55 ) ;control group without methylphenidate treatment (n=45 ). The changes of three central symptoms operation 4 weeks after and electroencephalogram (EEG) half year later in two groups were recorded. Result: In treatment group , the clinical markedly effective rate(63.6% )and effective rate (90.9%)were higher than those in control group(33.3% ,60.0% ,P <0.01 ). The unusual rate of EEG in treatment group (21.8%) was lower than those in control group (73.3%, P <0.01 ). Conclusion: Methylphenidate combine with behavior treatment is superior to behavior treatment in treating ADHD in children.关键词
