护理干预对糖尿病患者情绪障碍的影响
Effect of Nursing Intervention on Emotional Disorder of Diabetes Mellitus Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes mellitus patients complicated with emotional disorder. Methods 57 cases of diabetes melli-tus patients received nursing intervention in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2008, and the states of emotion were analyzed by contrast. Results The case rate of anxiety was 91.23%, and which of depression was 92.98%. The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing intervention were lower than those before nursing intervention, and there were significant differences in two groups(P<0.001 respectively).Conclusions For diabetes mellitus patients,nursing intervention in time and prompt should be carried out toward the control of disease.关键词
