Investigation of the damage process and the change of reflective index of optical materials
摘要
Abstract
A detecting system for real time study on the damage of optical materials is described.The system is comprised of a Nomarski interferometer and a digital camera.With the system connected with a computer,thed etecting and recording process can be automatically realized.Furthermore,thed esign of former Nomarski interferometer is optimized so that the size of the system is reduced and the detection resolution is improved.关键词
