自贡市农村人群高血压患病率及危险因素分析

Abstract
Objective To describe the prevalence of hypertension in rural population and analyze the underlying risk faetors; to provide data for the control of hypertension in the rural area of West China. Methods Investigation and analysis was conducted among the poptdation aged over 18 randomly selected from 10 rural communities in Zigong from 2005 to 2007. Results A total of 3152 people were investigated and analyzed. The prevalence, awareness, treatment and control rate of hypertension were 22.72% ,37.71% ,26.12% and 2.51% respectively. The rate of diabetes and abnormal blood lipids were 1.78% and 1.68% respectively. The results of the logistic regression showed that abnormal blood lipids, family histroy, and lower income were the risk factors of hypertension. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension was high in rural population of West China. But the control rate was lower than the average of the nation. These data called for ugent program to improve the control rate.关键词
