Abstract
Objective: To observe the diclofenac suppository combined propofol anesthesia for cesarean section and the effect of postoperative analgesia. Methods: The voluntary request line 64 cases of abortion were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group diclofenac suppository 501 mg/kg + propofol 2 mg/kg, control group, propofol 2 mg/kg; obser-vation after(VAS) score and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: The postoperative group 30 rain, 1 h comparison of VAS score was no significant difference (P>0.05). 2,6 h difference between the VAS score was statistically significant (P<0.05); the two groups" incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The cesarean section in the application of diclofenac sodium suppository and propofol anesthesia on the synergistic has effect, and has good postoperative analgesia. It is a relatively safe cesarean section and ideal method of narcotic analgesia.关键词
