Abstract
Objective To discuss effects of health education on post-discharge patient with cardiac valve replacement. Method we carry out health education to the 21 post-discharge patients. The key point of health education included daily living nursing, mental nursing, knowing of right medication and observing side effect of anticoagulant.Results 21 patients hold the ability of self-nurse, the medication and side effect of anticoagulant. They could visit in time and no die happened, Conclusiont The health education can make post-discharge patient to grasp the consciousness of self-protect and health care, improve the living quality and prevent complication关键词
