摘要

Abstract

Based on the theory of frequency spectrum analysis, the feature information of surface damage on friction pairs of rolling bearing was collected during the dynamic tests. The system can differentiate the damage conditions of each friction pair (outer ring, internal ring, roller) through time and frequency domain analysis, thus realizing the test and diagnosis of surface damage. The system has a good man-computer interface and all the menus are displayed in Chinese for convenient use in China. The system kernel is a PC486 computer and the software is written in Turbo C language. Modular design is employed and each function is completed by a stand alone model. After improvement and function extension, the system may be extended to pick up and analyse other vibration signals.
