从脾虚湿阻辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫87例疗效观察
Treatment of 87 cases of diabetec gastroparesis by spleen deficiency and dampness typing based on TCM syndrome differentiation

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical efficacy on diabetes gastroparesis by Spleen Deficiency and Dampness typing based on TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)syndrome differentiation.Methods 167 patients with diabetec gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group(87 cases)and control group(80 cases).Both groups maintained the original foundation of diabetes treatment,and treatment group was given Chinese medicine based reinforcing qi strength spleen and eliminating dampness harmonizing stomach,the control group was given domperidone orally.Results The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group,which showed significant difference.Conclusion The treatment of diabetec gastroparesis with traditional Chinese medicine by Spleen Deficiency and Dampness typing is effective and worthy of clinical application.关键词
