Abstract
The principle and the basic steps of the transient assay system for the functional assessment ofearly response genes on the powdery mildew infected barley or wheat leaves were summarized in brief. The development of this technology and its extensive application were reviewed. Future studies on this approach wererecommended in this paper.关键词
