摘要
Abstract
Objective: To research the application of biological albumin glue in child groin hernia during laparoseope surgery. Method: Taking vein combined anesthesia, upraise the feet. Setting an observation hole in navel position, puncturing the needle in the projection shadow position of the hernia inner loop, high position ligature of hernia sac, injecting 1 ml biological albumin glue into the hernia sac before tightening the catgut, tightening the catgut, interring the knot under the skin. Result: 76 eases were all succeeded and no transit surgery. Conclusion: The application of biological albumin glue in laparoscope surgery perfects thechild groin hernia laparoscope surgery.关键词
