Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of postoperative care in the surgical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:Reviewing and summarizing 68 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients which to be taken postoperative care, including psychological care, drainage tube care, health education and so on. Results:68 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were all cured, and no case suffer from abdominal pain and diarrhea. Conclusion:The postoperative nursing of severe a-cute pancreatitis, the various drainage tube is one of the important measures of rehabilitation for SAP patients nursing.关键词
