五个中国荞麦(Fagopyrum)种的核型分析
Karyotype analysis of five Fagopyrum species native to China
摘要
Abstract
The karyotypes of F. esculentum,F. tataricum,F. megaspartanium,F.pilus and F. zuogongense were studied by means of the cytological observation of stem-tips. The results indicated that the five species are similar in karyotype. They all have two pairs of satellite chromosomes and symmetric karyotypes. The karyotype formulas of F. esculentum,F. tataricum,F. megaspartanium,F. pilus and F. zuogongense are 12m+4m(SAT),12m+4sm(SAT),8m+4sm+4m(SAT),12m+2m(SAT)+2sm(SAT) and 24m+4sm+4m(SAT),respectively.关键词
