Abstract
A common method was suggested in this article for building multiplex-PCR-set．21 multiplex-PCR-sets were built from 56 bovine microsatellites，14 of them are with three microsatellites and the other with two microsatellites，these multiplex-PCR-sets can be used for such project，in which many microsatellites should be measured，i．e．gene mapping and parentage testing．关键词
