中国上市公司融资策略影响因素的实证分析
Empirical Analysis on the Factors Affecting Chinese Listed Company's Financing Policy
摘要
Abstract
Based on the fact of financing policy of Chinese listed company, this paper studies the financing policy from five importnnt relative aspects including compary's financial state, share structure, control right structure, capital market and macroeconomics.Through designing the indicator system of comprehensive factors affecting financal policy making and with stepwise regression and principal component emprical analysis method,the factors affecting Chinese listed company's debt-financing、share-financing policy are analysed. According to the variance explained and component matrix,the main affecting factors are chosen respectively and the order of the importance is given.关键词
