Phycobiliprotein Fluorescence Probes and the Labeling Technique
摘要
Abstract
Phycobiliproteins are a series of new fluore s cent probes, which have remarkable fluorescent characteristics. Antibody labeled with phycobiliprotein was used in immunofluorescence assay of serum soluble an tigen (or antibody). The labeling included direct and indirect method. Study on the labeling method of phycobiliprotein, based on such special character, can b e helpful to improve the sensitivity of immunofluorescence assay.关键词
