Abstract
Objective To determine the PSNZ drug resistance incidence among INH and PAS-resistant M.tuberculosis.Methods By applying the reformed L-J medium, observe and compare the drug-resistance and drug-susceptibility to PSNZ in 36 INH and PAS resistant-M. tuberculosis, and 149 INH and PAS sensitive M. tuberculosis.Results 44.4% of the 36 INH and PAS resistant-M. tuberculosis are susceptible to PSNZ at the concentration of 1μg/ml; 96% of the 149 INH and PAS sensitive M. tuberculosis are susceptible to PSNZ at the concentration of 1μg/ml.Conclusion PSNZ is still effective to some of the TB bacteria resistant to INH and/or PAS. It is an independent anti-TB drug. It can be used as one of the effective drugs for treat the MDR-TB.关键词
