64例永久性心脏起搏器植入术的护理体会OA
Experience of nursing care for 64 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation
目的 探讨永久性心脏起搏器植入术的护理.方法 通过对64例患者做好手术配合及术前、术后护理,并加强对患者的出院健康指导等护理措施,增强患者的自我保健意识,提高起搏器植入术的成功率.结果 64例患者术后恢复良好,没有出现严重的并发症,均熟悉起搏器的有关注意事项,如期出院.结论 护理人员的精心护理对提高起搏器植入术的成功率至关重要,护士应不断更新护理观念,探索新的护理及健康指导方法 ,提高患者的生存质量.
Objective To study the nursing care for the patients with permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods 64 patients were given preoperative explanation,postoperative nursing,healthy education and guidance before discharge to enhance their awareness of self health care.Results There were no serious complications in all patients.They were familiar with the instruction of pacemaker and discharged on time.Conclusion Nursing care is importance for increasing the…查看全部>>
