彩绒革盖菌漆酶产酶条件研究
Research on the Conditions for Laccase Production
from Coriolus versicolor

Abstract
Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, o-methoxyphenol, vanillin and culture conditions on laccase production from Coriolus versicolor were studied. The results showed that starch as carbon source, and casein and soybean powder as nitrogen source, o-methoxyphenol and vanillin of suitable concentration had good influence on laccase production. There were a little difference between effects of pH 3.0～8.0 in the medium on laccase production, but the culture temperature, inoculation amount and ventilation volume had greater influence on laccase production.关键词
