Abstract
Objective To investigate the Kangfuxin succus plus cisapride treatment of reflux esophagitis of therapeutic value. Methods Kangfuxin succus plus cisapride treatment in our hospital by the year 2005～2007 and gastroscopy confirmed 103 cases of reflux esophagitis treatment, its effectiveness, safety, observation, etc. ,and changes in symptoms evaluation and endoscopic evaluation. Results The Kangfuxin succus plus cisapride treatment, improvement in symptoms:heartbum, acid re-flux, burning retrosternal pain significantly improved the efficiency of the treatment for six weeks when a significant 89.3%, the total effective rate 96.1%. Endoscopic evaluation of the situation: six weeks after treatment, Ⅰ grade esophagitis rate was 97. 4%, Ⅱ grade 89.2%, Ⅲ and above 74.1%. Fewer adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion The Kangfuxin succua plus cisapride esophagitis can rapidly repair the wound, but also acid-suppressing, anti-inflammatory, anti-reflux. Thus the high rate of symptom improvement, repair of esophageal lesions and significantly faster, is the treatment of reflux esophagitis in an ef-fective way to.关键词
