摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety and effectivity of laparoacopic cholecystectomy used in the treatment of a-cute cholecystitis. Methods 172 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed in our hospital for the treatment of acute cho-lecysfitis were reviewed. Results The success rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is 94.8%, the laparotomy rate is 5.2 %. Conclusion laparoscopic cholecystectomy is relatively effective, safe and feasible.关键词
